Your Responsibilities
As the Product Lead, you will manage the transition from for new initiatives while scaling existing ones.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Lead the entire lifecycle from initial concept launch iteration.
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to validate and ship solutions.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of major product milestones.
- Partner with the CEO to define the company's GTM (Go-To-Market) priorities.
Customer & Executive Engagement
- Interface directly with healthcare C-suite and operational teams.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover bottlenecks.
- Design and deliver high-impact product demos.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for AI adoption and workflow transformation.

- Experience: years of shipping technical products.
- Background: Proven track record as a
Product Manager,Product Lead,Founder, orFDE. - Intuition: Ability to transform ambiguous problems into concrete products.
