This role exists at the critical junction of strategic operations, AI data delivery, product development, and customer success. You will be the primary owner of complex audio collection and annotation initiatives, guiding them from the initial customer request to the final delivery of the dataset.

📋 Daily Execution
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead audio data projects from the initial kickoff to the final hand-off.
- Specification Design: Create detailed project specs, contributor guidelines, QA rubrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Platform Management: Configure and run projects using Besimple's internal tools.
- Validation: Execute pilots to test task design, audio quality, cost, and throughput before full-scale deployment.
- Team Coordination: Oversee the daily work of annotators, reviewers, and QA leads.
- Health Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as:
- Volume and Throughput
- Rejection and Rework rates
- Margins and Timeline risks
- Product Evolution: Identify where the platform fails to scale and write
feature requestsor product requirements for the engineering team. - Supply Chain: Work with growth teams to secure the right demographics (accent, language, device, etc.).
- Reporting: Develop dashboards and maintain clear communication with founders and clients.
- Standardization: Build repeatable playbooks for future transcription and annotation tasks.
- Analysis: Perform root-cause analysis when a project misses its targets.
