🛠️ Your Mission
As the first dedicated infrastructure hire, you will move us away from manual deployments toward a fully automated, hyper-scalable cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Engineering: Build the cloud environment hosting customer MCP servers handling millions of tool calls.
- Observability: Implement a comprehensive monitoring stack (logs, metrics, dashboards) to ensure issues are identified before they impact the user.
- Reliability: Develop real-time alerting and error-handling systems to flag threshold breaches instantly.
- Scalability: Ensure the architecture evolves to support thousands of new users and a surge in global AI tool calls.
- Hybrid Cloud Strategy: Design the technical blueprints allowing enterprise clients to deploy Manufact within their own private clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Security: Establish rigorous security boundaries to ensure total data isolation and privacy for every customer.
- DevOps Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of our code, from hosting to the release pipeline.
