🎯 The Mission
The Role: You will be the primary owner of Reflex's go-to-market (GTM) motion. Your mandate is to handle everything from high-level strategy to granular execution.
While we have seen incredible product-market signals—including and —we currently lack a formalized GTM engine. We are looking for a builder who can transition us from founder-led sales and unstructured inbound to a repeatable, scalable pipeline.

- Architect GTM Systems: Design the end-to-end strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and channel mix.
- Build the Funnel: Convert open-source adoption and community signals into a qualified lead pipeline.
- Infrastructure Setup: Implement and manage the GTM stack (e.g.,
CRM, lead scoring, routing, and enrichment). - Founder Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the founders to turn momentum into actual revenue.
- Metric Ownership: Establish KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and manage weekly/quarterly forecasts.
📈 The Growth Pipeline Logic

Required Experience:
- A background in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- A deep interest in, or professional experience with, startup GTM motions.
- Proven track record of personally owning top-of-funnel strategy (not just managing others).
- The ability to pivot between high-level planning on Monday and
HubSpotconfiguration on Tuesday. - Technical Fluency: While you won't be writing production code daily, you must be comfortable with data and collaborating with engineers.
Strong Pluses:
- Experience with developer-facing or open-source products.
- Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth), community-led growth, or OS-specific GTM strategies.

🏢 About Reflex
Reflex is redefining how enterprise apps are created. Traditionally, shipping an app meant stitching together fragmented tools and navigating organizational bottlenecks.
We replace that chaos with a unified platform.
By providing reusable abstractions at both the framework and infrastructure levels, we allow teams to manage the entire lifecycle—from initial concept to production—without needing dedicated DevOps or platform teams.
How it works:
- Connect: Securely link to corporate data.
- Build: Use AI and our open-source framework to create standardized apps.
- Deploy: One-click deployment for organization-wide sharing.
🌟 Traction & Team
- Growth: for internal tools.
- The Team: A powerhouse of open-source maintainers, IOI medalists (top-ranked competitive programmers), and alumni from dev-tool unicorns.
- The Future: Rapidly scaling with a fresh round of funding.
