🛠️ Your Impact & Responsibilities
You will own the entire growth funnel. You aren't just managing tools; you are writing the code, shipping the pages, and analyzing the data.
The Growth Pipeline
Key Focus Areas
- Acquisition & Conversion:
- Develop SEO-centric and programmatic page systems targeting specific medications, conditions, and geographies.
- Build high-velocity funnels using
React+TypeScript. - Connect paid advertising platforms to the attribution stack for precise measurement.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG):
- Create in-product loops (referrals, re-engagement, and activation nudges).
- Optimize onboarding to minimize time-to-value.
- Launch autonomous MVPs from hypothesis test readout.
- Implement personalized prompts based on patient behavior (with clinical oversight).
- Experimentation & Data:
- Build and manage the end-to-end experimentation platform (exposure, guardrails, and results).
- Maintain a clean event taxonomy within
Amplitude.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Design event-triggered journeys for reactivation and onboarding rescue.
- Manage CRM logic across SMS, Email, and in-app notifications.
🔍 Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of software engineering, with at least one year specifically in a growth capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in
ReactandTypeScript(Frontend) andPythonorTypeScript(Services). - Analytics: Deep experience with event taxonomy and tools like
AmplitudeorMixpanel. - Strategy: Ability to prioritize using the RICE framework (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort).
