As a new hire, you will collaborate directly with the founders, maintaining significant ownership over both the what and the how of our development. Our founding team brings over a decade of high-level experience from elite firms such as Optiver, DRW, and Argo AI.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

You will be tasked with bridging the gap between frontier models and production-ready utility.

• System Architecture: Develop LLM-powered systems and agent harnesses to optimize research, engineering, and operational speed.
• Infrastructure Design: Build the supporting ecosystem, including:
  • Context and Memory management
  • Evaluation frameworks (evals)
  • Orchestration and Observability
  • Execution environments and tooling
• Reliability: Innovate new methods to transform raw frontier models into dependable systems that perform meaningful work.
• End-to-End Ownership: Identify a gap $\rightarrow$ Prototype $\rightarrow$ Ship $\rightarrow$ Measure $\rightarrow$ Iterate.
