The Nitter project is currently facing significant legal pressure. The opposing party has issued cease and desist notices, explicitly demanding the following:

The permanent removal of all Nitter instances and the complete deletion of the project's source code repository.

Previously, I stated that the project would persist because I believed I had legal backing. I was assured that representation was in place. Unfortunately, those assurances proved to be false.
